Drug Rehab In New York

My father is in prison due to his substance abuse and will be getting out next year if he makes it that long. What can I do to get him into an inpatient rehab center when he gets out on parole? I don't want him to have a substance abuse relapse once he is free. If there an inpatient rehab center that will take him straight from prison?

Today, I'm happier than ever and so happy that I had friends and family who cared enough about me to make me get help.
